After installing and upgrading to new version of Progress/400, CVTSRVSCH utility was not run
Progress/400 product will not run because of wrong dictionary version
FIX:
The CVTSRVSCH is a Progress/400 utility which converts the server schema to the new dictionary version and must be run on all existing dictionary libraries after upgrading the Progress/400 product.
