FIX:
There is no support for the Standard Edition Fathom Console & Trending database to run locally on HPUX with Itanium 2 due to the fact that there is no SQL-92 engine for this platform.
The workaround would be to purchase Fathom Management for another platform and to monitor your Progress database remotely, which is supported.
