SYMPTOM(s):
Progress WebClient
A message will occur when trying to upgrade from WebClient 9.1E to 9.1E01. The upgrade will fail.
"Your WebClient program already contains Patch Level 00"
FIX:
First do a complete uninstall of WebClient 9.1E and then install 9.1E01.
This does not happen with WebClient 9.1E02
