Error 6345 when trying to start the WebSpeed broker
There is an existing Broker using the Service name <ServiceName>. The existing Broker is in an unknown state. (6345)
CAUSE:
The broker process (_wtb) is hanging in the memory as an orphaned process.
FIX:
Kill the broker processes hanging in the memory.
