Buffer and Temp-Table objects are left in memory on the AppServer when the client requests a second batch of records from the SmartDataObject

CAUSE:
Dynamic buffer and temp-table objects where incorrectly being left in memory when a SmartDataObject had calculated fields
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1E02 or later
