CAUSE:
Current version of Microsoft MDAC not installed. System running MDAC 2.7.
FIX:
To resolve the problem, install Microsoft's MDAC 2.8
1. Go to Microsoft's Download Center
2. Type in MDAC in the box "Search for a download:"
3. Download MDAC 2.8 and install it.
