FIX:
WebSpeed can be installed in the same box than a Servlet Engine is installed and configured, usually these engines have modules that run on top of the WebServer.
WebSpeed itself contains a module called the WebSpeed Messenger (CGI, ISAPI and NSAPI) , which is added to the WebServer to be able to access the WebSpeed Transaction Server.
