SYMPTOM(s):
Error _isdel.exe is running when installing Service Pack.
The Server has been rebooted.
The Adminservice has been shut down.
Error. Aborting installation. Shut down these running processes before
reinstalling:
_isdel.exe
img.dll
msg.dll
util.dll
Service Pack had been downloaded and copied to a CD-ROM.
Coping Service Pack from the CD to the hard drive results in the same error.
CAUSE:
9.1D Service Pack became corrupted when writing to CD.
FIX:
Download Service Pack from ESD center and reinitiate the installation of the Service Pack.
