Using Citrix Server
%DSLOGDIR% is a directory on the Citrix Server
Delete of %DSLOGDIR%\dataserv.lg solves the problem
Direct access from the user to the Foreign database
No DataServer Broker used

CAUSE:
The %DSLOGDIR%\dataserv.lg file has been created earlier by another user
FIX:
Either have a different DSLOGDIR value for each user, or use a DataServer Broker so that this broker process is the only one to write into dataserv.lg
