Terminal Services client is unable to use it's local printers when connected to Windows 2000 Terminal Server.
Unable to create Printer Device Context: . (4110)
Unable to use printer with "/" in name.
Using OUTPUT TO PRINTER <printer_name> to specify the printer.

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00084589
FIX:
Use the following workaround:
- Change the default printer by setting SESSION:PRINTER-NAME = <printer_name>.
- Then use OUTPUT TO PRINTER to print to the default printer.
