FIX:
No, the conversion utility is not supported by Progress when migrating and/or upgrading a DataServer schema holder. The documented way to upgrade your schema holder is to dump and load.
If you are in 9.1D or lower version going to either 9.1E or 10.0B or above you must create a new schema holder by doing a pull from MSS because of changes in the DataServer for firehose cursors.
