FIX:
The JVM from HP for Tru64 is 64-bit.
Progress and OpenEdge products have been certified and support the Tru64 JRE version in its "normal" operation mode, which is 64-bit.
There is a "hybrid" quasi-32 bit mode of operation for the Tru64 JRE but this has not been tested by progress Software.
