using Grid Units set to width 1.00 and height 0.25
Snap to Grid Units are infect every 0.24 rows not every 0.25 rows
As fill-in fields are, by default, 1.0 high, it would be expected that the snap to grid points would be every 0.25 row.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
Manually set the row by amending the AppBuilder property sheet of each field.
