Permissions for $DLC/bin/_*executables are correctly set.
Kernel installed compiled against ADM Operton 64-bit architecture.
CAUSE:
Under ADM Opteron 64-bit architecture portions of the kernel, semaphores, and other system processes do not run exactly as expected.
FIX:
Install i686 (x86) kernel, which is compiled in 32-bit mode only.
