rb-db-connection parameter problem with a space before -db
When using the report builder engine rb-db-connection parameters,
customers sometimes include a space before the -db startup. This
looks like " -db sports.... Users get an error:
Unable to connect to db, db error is ipx must be loaded and working
before running progress (1355). Taking the space out clears up the
problem.
