Only Enterprise systems may access a database with large files enabled (9818)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.1C
Progress 9.1D
OpenEdge 10.0A
CAUSE:
On Progress 9.1C, 9.1D and OE 10.0A, only an Enterprise database license is capable of manipulating a database that has had large files enabled.
FIX:
Upgrade to Progress 9.1E or OE 10.0B. In these versions the Large Files Enabled flag is not copied from the source to target DB.
