What is "qualifier" keyword in schema holder df?

FIX:
In schema holder, there is QUALIFIER field that points to MS SQL server database name that ODBC data source was attaching to when the schema was created. In order to use existing schema holder, you will have to perform following steps:
1. Change ODBC data source configuration, keep it the same name but attach to the new database
2. either dump df and change QUALIFIER to new db name and reload it or update _file._Fil-Misc2[1] meta schema field
