FIX:
No, there is no Progress utility or product for this.
The Progress ODBC Dataserver does not support the Pervasive database and so cannot be used to pull the data. The only ways to do this are to:
1. Export the data to a file and import it in Progress.
2. Use a third-party client that can connect to both Pervasive and Progress (using the Progress ODBC or JDBC driver).
