Environment variable SYBLIB has to be set for Sybase Gateway
There was an omission in the Sybase Release notes.
The customer should set the SYBLIB environment variable before
running PROBUILD. This environment variable should be set to:
SYBLIB=$SYBASE/lib/libsybdb.a
(on other platforms other than UNIX they have to look at
Sybase samples to determine if it is done differently)
If this environment variable is not set when the user tries to
run the link script to build the Progress executable it will
fail.
