Cannot load the User Interface Builder
Properties for the icon point to _uib.p as the program to run
CHANGE:
Migrated from 8.x to 9.1D
CAUSE:
The User Interface Builder (UIB) was renamed to the AppBuilder in 9.x and consequently the name of the program to run to invoke it was changed from _uib.p to _ab.p
FIX:
Change the properties of the icon used to start the User Interface Builder / App Builder to point to _ab.p instead of _uib.p
