OpenEdge Management 3.1x
CAUSE:
Even though a normal proutil dbanalys can be run against an offline database, the Fathom DatabaseAnalysis job must be run against an online database.
FIX:
Make sure the database is online.
An enhancement request, OE00114062, has been logged to allow the Fathom DatabaseAnalysis job to be run against an offline database.
