How to manage the size of the FathomTrendDatabase
FIX:
Fathom stores all trended data, the FathomTrendDatabase can become quite large. The size of the FathomTrendDatabase can be managed by using the DataCompaction job. This will allow the user to do on of the following:
- Compact the data, moving it from the FathomTrendDatabase into an archive, and purge the archive.
- Compact the data, moving it from the FathomTrendDatabase into an archive, and retain the archive.
- Purge the data without compacting it.
