SYMPTOM(s):
Report not printing from Results on UNIX
Print job sent from Results doesn't print
Print job sent from Results disappears
Printing from command line functions ok
Report prints correctly to file.
CAUSE:
Incorrect settings Device name and Type fields in the printer configuration (Printer Setup > G. General Device Characteristics):
Device Name was set up as PRINTER, Type was defined as "to" rather than "thru".
FIX:
Check the documentation, and that the printer setup was correctly configured on the basis of that documentation.
