FACT(s) (Environment):
The MODIFIED and SENSITIVE attributes of the FILL-IN are set to FALSE in that order.
The DISPLAY setting of the FILL-IN is unchecked in the property sheet.

CAUSE:
This is expected behavior.
FIX:
Checking the DISPLAY setting of the FILL-IN.
OR
DISPLAY the variable before setting its MODIFIED then SENSITIVE attributes to FALSE,
OR
Set its SENSITIVE then MODIFIED attributes to FALSE in that order.
