Unable to start broker with errors 'Can't attach shared memory with segment_id' and 1423 in the server log
SYSTEM ERROR: Can't attach shared memory with segment_id <number> for <dbname>
There is no server for database <dbname>. (1423)
Getting error 8100 on the broker log
ERROR: cannot start server. (8100)
Server log shows error 1720
Unable to attach shared memory <shmname>, error <n>. (1720)

CAUSE:
There is no server active for the database or Database has not finished starting yet.
FIX:
Make sure that the database is available using proutil -c busy to determine if the database is already running
