Error reported with INI2REG during Progress installation
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error Program <DLC>\Bin\ini2reg.exe
Abnormal Program termination
.INI file is correct and exists
Running INI2REG, after the installation has completed, fails when attempting to export values to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
CAUSE:
The user attempting to install Progress does not have Administrators privileges which are required for the INI2REG process to run properly
FIX:
Install Progress as an Administrator user (member of Administrators group) or give a necessary permissions write to Registry for a current (non-Administrator) user
