CHANGE:
Upgrade from 9.1x to 10.0B
CAUSE:
The parameter "-AppService" was not written with its complete word, but with the abbreviation "-AppServ". As stated within the documentation, if you do not specify an Application Service then the NameServer uses whatever AppServer registers itself as the default service, if any.
FIX:
Replace "-AppServ <name>" with "-AppService <name>"
