Dictionary Load - 100% Error Rate - What it really means

When loading via the dictionary in Progress, if you specify a 100%
acceptable error rate, many people are misled to believe that this
will prevent or trap all errors and they will not be displayed to the
screen.

What the 100% error rate REALLY means is that regardless of any error
the load will continue. By specifying that 100% error rate is
acceptable, this means that Progress will not abort the load if
an error is encountered. You will still continue to see each error
as it is displayed.

In Version 6, the errors would fly past quickly which was considered
a bug. In Version 7, each error requires acknowledgement from the
user, and you have to press a space bar to proceed. This is the
correct and expected behavior.
