AdminServer fails to autostart databases
The autostart is enabled in DLC/properties/conmgr.properties
Database can be started by proserve

Message (throw): Juniper: Failed to load.
Message (excp): Invalid property name: "blocksýndatabasebuffers". (PRPMsg009)

[ConnectionManager] Using user provided properties file c:\progress\properties\conmgr.properties. (8250)
[*UnexpectedError*] * recorded as exception #1 in file ads0.exp.
CAUSE:
The DLC/properties/conmgr.properties is corrupted
FIX:
Stop the adminserver, go to DLC/properties directory, copy conmgr.properties.template to conmgr.properties and re-add you database under AdminServer world using Progress Explorer. Should you have a backup of conmgr.properties you might as well use it.
