Proutil holder command reports an earlier Progress version

CAUSE:

The DLC environment variable is pointing to an older Progress version than is currently used.

FIX:

In the system environment variables, modify the DLC variable to point to the correct Progress installation directory.
On Unix: DLC=<path to Progress install directory>; export DLC
On Windows: Right-click on My Computer>>Properties>>Advanced>>Environment variables>>System variables
Create a DLC variable with value = <Progress install path>
