Task Manager shows the System process at 100%

CAUSE:
The 100% CPU load was found to be caused by a device driver that was running in the context of the System process.
FIX:
Obtain freeware Process Explorer from Sysinternals to assist in breaking down the "SYSTEM" process in order to identify the culprit.
