FIX:
A Client Networking license is needed for Remote TCP connections to a database and for ODBC/JDBC connections using SQL.
The AppServer license includes Client Networking capabilities, however these are for remote Appserver connectivity to a database. For a client to connect to an Appserver or database, a Client Networking
license is needed in addition to the Appserver license.
