FIX:
Progress does not require to have a C compiler installed in a machine for its regular use.
However, if it is necessary to probuild some Progress executable or to implement an HLC application, then a C compiler and a Linker is needed.
Progress does not provide a C compiler for any specific platform, the version of the C compiler required varies from platform to platform and is the duty of the System Administrator to install and configure this additional software.
