Invalid username and/or password specification. (9173)
Login to local AdminService fails with valid or empty password
CHANGE:
Customer changed operating system password of the user who started the AdminService, but did not reboot the server neither restarted the AdminService manually.
FIX:
Stop and Re-start the AdminService
