SYMPTOM(s):
Can not bring up webspeed application
Page cannot be displayed
The error is displayed when accessing webspeed application
No errors in web server's log file
Using IIS
cgiip.exe works
The error is displayed when using wsisa.dll messenger
Permissions for the scripts directory are correctly set
Power off caused the error
The site has been working for long time before power off occurred
CAUSE:
The wsisa.dll is corrupted
FIX:
1. Shut down web site and WWW service
2. Delete the wsisa.dll file from c:\inetpub\scipts directory
3. Copy wsisa.dll fom %dlc%\bin directory to c:\inetpub\scripts directory
4. Bring up WWW service and web server
