Migrated the Progress Database to the SQL Server Database using protomss utility
The PROGRESS_RECID field exist on the table in the SQL Server Database
The trigger on the PROGRESS_RECID is the new one implemented with Progress 9.1D

CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Delete the SQL Server database and recreate a new one. Delete the existing schema holder and perform the protomss again on the progress database to create a new schema holder.
