window created with static widgets
added a dynamic toggle-box widget
added a dynamic fill-in widget
the focus is on the toggle-box when starting the window
click on the fill-in doesn't fire the toggle-box leave trigger
the leave trigger is not fired when executing for the first time
from second time on the leave trigger is fired

Upgrade to 9.1E or later.
Upgrade to 10.0B or later.
