** Pipe to subprocess has been broken.(140)
Using 'OUTPUT TO' file via 4GL.
Error only occurs when writing to a particular directory.

CAUSE:
The user does not have permissions to write to the directory.
FIX:
Change the user permissions to allow write privileges to that directory.
