AdminServer doesn't start after applying 9.1C31
There is no information in the Admin Service log file admserv.log
CHANGE:
Apply 9.1C31
CAUSE:
mgmt_agent.jar is missing from PROGRESSCP ( java CLASSPATH )
FIX:
The Windows Registry needs to be modified for changes to PROGRESSCP
1) Open the registry using regedit.exe.
2) Locate the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PSC\PROGRESS\9.1D\JAVA\PROGRESSCP
Add ;<DLC value>\java\ext\mgmt_agent.jar to the key value.
