SYMPTOM(s):
Disconnected from server because database name was incorrect. (437)
Failed to connect to the ODBC database (6142).
The _probrkr broker is running through procontrol
Broker log displays the following error message:
BROKER could not fork a server process. (1156)
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of writing the solution but, it was suspected that this is a resource issue in the machine. The problem was fixed.
FIX:
Restart the machine.
