GOAL:
How to copy / cut a line / block in character mode with the Progress Editor?
FIX:
1) Use CTRL-V to mark where the block / Line that you intend to mark starts.
2) Use F10 to cut the block (move to clipboard).
3) Use F11 to copy the block (copy to clipboard).
4) Go to the new line / location where you want to paste the
data in the clipboard to and use F12 to paste it there.
