Getting error 6383 when WebSpeed broker and agent processes are hung
WebSpeed Agent Error: Agent did not return an HTML page (6383)
The above error is displayed when the WebSpeed Ping page is invoked
The problem is apparent after installing the Progress Service Pack 9.1D06
CAUSE:
The WebSpeed broker (java.exe) and agent processes (_progres.exe) are hung
FIX:
Kill the java.exe and the _progres.exe processes and restart the broker.
