GOAL:
What does a dead transaction mean?
FIX:
It is a transaction which has just been committed but its transaction table entry has not been removed yet.
The "dead" state does not last very long - as soon as commitment processing is completed, the transaction becomes dead, and then it is removed from the _trans Virtual System Table.
