Fathom Management 3.0A
SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to see data from remote resources in Fathom reports
Can only select local resource in the Fathom report
Cannot add remote resources within Fathom report
CAUSE:
The report template by default does not include remote resources.
FIX:
Go to Fathom Console -> Reports -> Report Templates -> <the template for your report> -> Edit -> Source of eligible resources and select All resources in the trend database and save the template. After this, go back to your original report, edit it - then you will see remote resources as well.
