Strent request error 9874 when starting Progress session without any procedure to run.
Starting a progress client with 'pro' results in strent request error 9874.
SYSTEM ERROR: strent request for more than 64K. (9874)
CAUSE:
A corrupt protermcap file.
FIX:
Restoring a valid protermcap resolved the problem.
