A network error occurred executing the Web Service application. (10899)
The Session Model of the Web Service being called is set to Free
The Operating mode of the AppServer Broker being used by the Web Service is set to Stateless

CAUSE:
The Web Service's Session Model and the AppServer Broker's Operating mode have to match. If the session model of the deployed Web Service is Session-free, then it is required that the Operating mode of the AppServer this Web Service is connecting to is set to State-free.
FIX:
Set the AppServer Broker's Operating mode to State-free.
