SYMPTOM(s):
Installed 4GL Development license
When going into the AppBuilder there are no GUI window choices in the File/New menu
Prior to installing 9.1D the AppBuilder had a complete list of choices in the File/New menu
CHANGE:
Uninstalled 9.1C and installed 9.1D
CAUSE:
The previous installation of Progress used a PSDN serial number. The current installation used only a 4GL Development serial number.
FIX:
Reinstall using the PSDN serial number
