Getting the following error message when running a Progress executable
aCC RunTime: DLMODINFO: Invalid descriptor 58
Error occurs when starting a Database up via the proserve script
Error happens when logging into a Database using mpro
Error occurs when starting the AdminServer with proadsv
Error comes up on the screen when issuing the showcfg command
CAUSE:
The error means that the executable being run is not compatible with the current library, in this case, the DLMODINFO lib
FIX:
Download and install the proper OS patch PHSS_28871
PHSS_28871 may not be available because it was replaced by PHSS_30968
