ActiveX proxies are used to call the AppServer from an ASP application
The AppServer then makes calls out to other AppServers
CHANGE:
Migrated part of system from 9.1C to 9.1D
CAUSE:
The mixed 9.1C/9.1D environment caused the errors. The application had 9.1C ActiveX proxies calling a 9.1D AppServer which in turn called a 9.1C AppServer
FIX:
Upgrade the entire environment to 9.1D, recompile the ActiveX proxies then redeploy using the 9.1D O4GLRT.ZIP runtime library
