the date expanded has always mdy format regardless the -d startup parameter used
defined alias using %\d escape sequence character
using Section Editor in AppBuilder
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
Workaround: use %<environment variable>% escape sequence character instead, setting an environment variable with the desired date string, using set DOS command or another program to set the proper value.
